If you wish to inquire about scheduling with me, please phone me at 478-719-7593 for a brief phone consultation. If you are an existing client, in order to schedule a session with me, you need to sign up through Therapy Appointment. Click "Book an Appointment" in the top right corner, or the image below to go directly to my log-in page. If you would like step-by-step instructions, use the guiding instructions below.
1. Go to https://therapyappointment.com/ and hover over Login on the far right and click Find a Therapist.
2. You have the option to search for me by name or by city. Type my name, Jeffrey Henderson, into the box on the left to find me directly.
3. If you would like to search by city, type Athens, GA into the box on the right. You will see a list of providers in Athens, and you can select my name.
4. If you are a new patient, click Register as a new patient/client. If you have already have a username and password, type it in and click Log in to Access Your Account, and skip to step 8.
5. Fill out the registration form, create a login name and password, and fill out your reason for an appointment. Then click Submit Information to Dr. Henderson.
6. You will then receive an email of forms to review, print, and fill out.
7. Once you have completed the forms, you can bring them in during your first session. NOTE: You will not be able to attend a session without completing these forms. You only need to complete these forms once during your relationship with me.
8. If this is your first time scheduling a session with me, call 478-719-7593 to establish your first appointment by telephone. If you have had a session with me before, you can schedule an appointment online. To do so, log into your account through Therapy Appointment and choose Set, view or reschedule appointments.
